Annual Flu Vaccination Clinic
Clearbrook Pharmacy will be on-site on
Tues., October 29th from 9:30am to 6:00pm providing flu vaccinations to the residents and the rest of the community!
Everyone is welcome who has a valid care card #.
Please call the office or come in person to book your time slot.
We will need your full name, DOB, Phone #, and Care Card #. This will help expedite for the pharmacy.
